When will my order be shipped?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Amici Vela ships throughout the European Union and to many destinations worldwide.
Currently available destinations are automatically displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery times and shipping conditions may vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable. We are making every effort to make this destination available again as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs—including international returns—are covered by the customer.
Any item showing signs of wear beyond basic trying-on may be subject to a partial refund in accordance with applicable laws.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
